All our apartments are fully-equipped, including bed linen and towels.

If you have to or want to cook for yourself, you can do so in a modern kitchen with all fittings - an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor fan, toaster, electric kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and, obviously, the necessary pots and pans. There is also a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer... Naturally, there is also a 43“ flat-screen TV, cable channels and access to high-speed internet. The internet is also available to you (WiFi) for your mobile phones, tablets and laptops! Dimout curtains keep the apartments dark.

The same as in the centre of other large cities in the Czech Republic and the world, parking is a tough nut to crack in Plzeň. At Avantgarde apartments, however, you won’t have any trouble! We offer parking on our own closed car park with a sufficient capacity.

Throughout the duration of your stay our experienced colleagues will be available to you. We will be happy to give you suggestions about what to do in Plzeň, where to go for good food or just for good Pilsner on tap.

The only apartment with a terrace and, in addition, a view of the green space in the inner yard. This one-bedroom apartment has an area of 40 m², a separate toilet and a large shower cubicle in the bathroom. The living room, which has a dining area and a kitchenette, has a very airy feel and there is access directly to the terrace from the separate bedroom. It is a pleasant place to sit, as well as a place for smokers.
